QUALIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION DATES
January 19, 2008
For the board certification examination the completed Application Form 104, Case Documentation Index Form 111 and all appropriate fees must be received in the ABPOPPM office postmarked by January 19, 2008.
March 1, 2008
Registration form for the Case Documentation Seminar must be received in the ABPOPPM office postmarked by March 1, 2008.
March 8, 2008
The Case Documentation Seminar will be held at the Hilton Chicago O'Hare Internatiohal Airport Hotel in Chicago on March 8, 2008. The Seminar is strictly voluntary for all Certification and Re-Certification candidates.
April 19, 2008
For the board certification examination, the completed documentation for specified cases, along with Form 121 as a cover sheet for each case, must be received in the ABPOPPM office postmarked by April 19, 2008.
April 26, 2008
The Advanced In-Training Examination will be given via the Internet on April 26, 2008.
May 3, 2008
For the board qualification examination the completed application Form 103 and all appropriate fees must be received in the ABPOPPM office postmarked by May 3, 2008.
RE-CERTIFICATION DATES
March 1, 2008
Registration form for the Case Documentation Seminar must be received in the ABPOPPM office postmarked by March 1, 2008. The Seminar is strictly volunatry for all Certification and Re-Certification candidates.
March 8, 2008

August 2, 2008
For the re-certification process, the completed application Form 106 and Case Documentation Index Form 112 and all appropriate fees must be received in the ABPOPPM office postmarked by August 2, 2008.
October 25, 2008
For the re-certification process, the completed documentation for specified cases, along with Form 121 as a cover sheet for each case, must be received in the ABPOPPM office postmarked by October 25, 2008.
SELF-ASSESSMENT DATES
September 6, 2008
For the self-assessment examination the completed application Form 105 and all appropriate fees must be received in the ABPOPPM office postmarked by September 6, 2008.
October 15, 2087
Self-Assessment Examination: Completed examination must be mailed to headquarters postmarked by October 15, 2008.
