Please note: The materials available for download from this site are Adobe Reader PDF files (denoted by the ".pdf" file suffix and 
) that are contained in "compressed" archive files (denoted by the ".zip" file suffix and 
). These files must be "decompressed" using Stuffit Expander before the PDF files can be opened and read in Adobe Reader. If you don't already have Adobe Reader and Stuffit Expander installed on your computer, please follow these directions:
- Download the free Stuffit Expander application and install it on your computer (by following the installer application instructions);
- Download the free Adobe Reader application and install it on your computer (by following the installer application instructions);
- Download the appropriate application packet below to your computer (for example, for the Board Qualification Packet, click on the link below to download "Qualified.zip" to your computer);
- Decompress the downloaded packet on your computer (you can do this by double-clicking the downloaded packet - for example, double-click the "Qualified.zip" file on your computer and it will decompress automatically with Stuffit Expander);
- After the downloaded packet is expanded there will be a folder on your computer containing the PDF files (for example, a folder named "Qualified" will exist containing the Exam_Info_and_Requirements.pdf, Form103_and_Guideline.pdf, StudyGuide2004.pdf, and Worksheets_1_and_2.pdf files);
- Double-click on any of the PDF files to automatically open them in Adobe Reader.

The "ZIP" (.zip) compressed Packets include all the individual files listed below, organized by category.
